David Wolff – Patrick/RedfernsMegadeth and Lamb of God have postponed the summer leg of their co-headlining North American tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The joint trek, dubbed the Metal Tour of the Year, was scheduled to kick off June 12 in Bristow, Virginia. The bill also includes Trivium and In Flames.
New dates for 2021 are in the process of being finalized. Previously purchased tickets will be honored at the rescheduled shows, and ticket holders will also have the option of receiving a refund via LiveNation.com/Refund.
Meanwhile, the fall leg of the Metal Tour of the Year, set for this coming October and November, is still as yet unaffected.
“We do not have an update on the fall leg of the tour but will share any further updates and information as we receive it,” the bands share in a statement.
