The story of Disturbed‘s The Guy will finally be revealed.
The metal band’s mysterious mascot will star in Dark Messiah, an upcoming five-issue comic book series published by Heavy Metal Entertainment and Incendium. According to a press release, Dark Messiah marks the “first dive into The Guy’s power’s, history and lore.”
Along with the comics series, Disturbed will also release a The Guy action figure.
“Ever since ‘The Guy’ made his debut 20 years ago his evolution and transformation has only grown,” Disturbed says. “We are excited to take ‘The Guy’ to the next level and bring his story to the forefront via both the comic book series and action figures. We can’t wait to share this next chapter with all of you.”
The first issue of Dark Messiah will be released in July, followed by the debut of The Guy action figure in October. Both are available for pre-order now via Incendium.online.
