Kurt Cobain‘s widow shared a message of support for the “Circles” rapper in an Instagram post, thanking him as well as other organizations involved with the charity live stream which will raise money for The United Nations Foundation’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for The World Health Organization.
“Thank you mighty KC [Kurt Cobain] for writing these songs with your elegant and monkeyed hands that the kids still want to sing and play and hear and use to fight and hunt and cure and heal and eradicate this…COVID-19 virus,” Love wrote.
“I approve the usage,” she added. “Good luck Mr. Malone.”
The tribute show begins this Friday, April 24 at 6 p.m. ET via Post’s YouTube channel.
During the livestream, you’ll be able to donate in real time by using the DONATE button on the top right-hand side of the screen. Google.org, Google’s charitable arm, will match all donations two to one, up to five million bucks.
